The client specializes in automot ive structural stamping parts, matched with a 125-ton mechanical stamping press. They mainly process 0.8-3.5mm cold-rolled steel and galvanized steel coils. 1. Compact Integrated Mechanical Structure

The combined uncoiler straightener integrates decoiling and leveling functions into one unit, cutting total line length to only 5 meters, saving nearly 60% workshop area. Equipped with 7 groups of GCr15 bearing steel leveling rollers with HRC60±2 surface hardness, it completely eliminates internal stress of cold-rolled and galvanized strips, ensuring flatness within 0.15mm/m². The side gear transmission meets ISO 6 precision standards, keeping feeding accuracy steadily at ±0.1mm for long-duration mass stamping. The pneumatic roller releasing linkage works synchronously with the press cam to avoid strip tearing during emergency shutdown.

3. Custom Color Spraying Adapted to Local Environment

Considering Vietnam’s humid and dusty climate, we adopted electrostatic plastic spraying for all equipment surfaces. The main frame is painted customized off-white, while roller guards, sensor brackets and electric control boxes are painted blue for functional distinction. The finished coating features oil resistance, corrosion resistance and easy daily cleaning, perfectly fitting the client’s factory unified visual standard.
