Powder Coating Line

Yituo specializes in customized automatic electrostatic powder coating production lines tailored to clients’ actual workshop layout, workpiece size and production capacity requirements. Our complete coating system mainly consists of stainless steel pre-treatment unit, drying & curing oven, enclosed spray booth with powder recycling system and adjustable overhead hanging conveyor.

Before spraying, workpieces including sheet metal, aluminum and galvanized components go through multi-stage degreasing, rinsing and titanizing inside full SUS304 pre-treatment tanks to remove grease and rust thoroughly, greatly improving coating adhesion. After hot-air dehydration, products enter the sealed spray cabin for automatic electrostatic powder spraying plus flexible manual touch-up. Extra powder is fully recycled via cyclone and filter recovery device, effectively cutting raw material consumption and production cost.

Customers can select gas, electric or diesel heating modes for curing ovens as needed. Equipped with mature PLC & touch screen centralized control, our customized coating lines feature stable operation and high automation, requiring only 2 to 3 on-site operators for daily running. All wastewater and exhaust designs comply with mainstream global environmental regulations.
