The 125-2000-15 hydraulic four-high precision leveler adopts parallel multi-roll, hydraulic locking and dense backup roller technology, perfectly meeting high-precision leveling requirements for thick plates, wide plates and flat structural parts.
It adopts a two-beam and four-column cast steel integral structure. The main beams are made of cast steel with stress relief annealing treatment, much more rigid and deformation-free than conventional frame type levelers. The roll gap remains constant all the time, ensuring stable and consistent leveling accuracy in mass production, comparable to imported high-end leveling equipment.

Max leveling width: ≤2000mm (machine opening width 2100mm)
High-strength material: The applicable width is calculated as 60% of Q235 standard width

High Rigidity Integral Structure
Adopts upper and lower cast steel beams with four-column tension rod design. After annealing stress relief, the whole machine has high rigidity, strong impact resistance and no deformation under long-term heavy load.
Four-high Roller System Design
Each leveling roller is supported by independent backup bearings to avoid bending deformation under force. Parallel dense support structure makes stress distribution uniform and achieves perfect flatness effect.
Hydraulic Constant Roll Gap Technology
Hydraulic cylinder locking keeps the inlet and outlet roll gap fixed steadily, whether the plate is passing through or not. It avoids the roll gap floating problem of traditional worm gear adjustment type and greatly improves leveling stability.
High-quality Leveling Rollers
Leveling rollers are made of GCr15 bearing steel, heat-treated hardness up to HRC58-63, surface hard chrome plated for wear resistance and anti-rust, no scratch or indentation on plate surface.
CNC Servo Precision Adjustment
Equipped with 4 sets of magnetostrictive displacement sensors, matched with PLC and touchscreen control. Four-point servo motor independent adjustment realizes precise numerical control roll gap setting.
Frequency Conversion Speed Regulation & Overload Protection
Equipped with two sets of 37kW AC reduction motors. Feeding speed 0–10m/min with stepless frequency conversion adjustment. The inverter monitors running current in real time and stops automatically under overload to protect the machine.
Convenient Maintenance Design
Maintenance window reserved on the right side of the machine. The roller and bearing assembly can be pulled out directly without disassembling the main beam, making daily cleaning, replacement and maintenance simple and time-saving.
High Leveling Accuracy
Leveling flatness can reach within 0.5mm/㎡. It can effectively release internal stress of plates and prevent secondary deformation in subsequent welding, bending and processing.
Compact & Low Noise
Integrated compact layout saves workshop space, no need for complex foundation pit construction. The transmission structure is optimized with low running noise and long service life.
