This automatic powder coating production line is customized specially for Russian electrical cabinet sheet metal processing. It integrates pre-treatment cleaning, hot air drying, closed electrostatic powder coating and high-temperature curing cooling into one complete coating equipment. Compatible with cold rolled steel, hot rolled steel, aluminum alloy and galvanized sheet with thickness from 1.0mm to 3.0mm. Optimized for Russian harsh ambient condition ranging from -20℃ to 50℃ and relative humidity 5%~98%, complying with local environmental protection and fire protection regulations.
Adopting natural gas heating + enclosed overhead conveyor structure with modular layout. Designed for 6-hour single shift, 264 working days per year. Equipped with variable frequency speed regulation for flexible capacity adjustment, widely used for powder coating of high & low voltage control cabinets, sheet metal enclosures and hardware parts.

1.2 Production Process Flow
Loading → Multi-stage spray rinsing → Pre-degreasing → Main degreasing → Multiple pure water rinsing → Titanizing treatment → Final pure water spray → Hot air dehydration drying → Natural cooling → Automatic electrostatic powder coating + manual touch-up spraying → High-temperature powder curing → Cooling → Unloading. Total 17 working stations with counter-flow water supplement design to save water and reduce wastewater discharge.
2.1 Spray Pre-treatment System
9 spraying stations in total. Side & top panels made of SUS304 stainless steel (1.38mm), bottom plate 2.0mm fully argon welded against liquid leakage. Pre & main degreasing tanks adopt double-layer insulation with 50mm rock wool filling.
Full SUS304 spraying pipeline equipped with quick-detachable PP V-type nozzles, working pressure 0.1~0.15MPa. Configured with 200μm bag filter, automatic chemical dosing pump, auto water replenish & high/low liquid level alarm system (pump auto stop at low level). FRP exhaust fan installed at degreasing section to discharge acid mist.
Circulation pumps from Nanfang Pump & Ruichi Pump, separated chemical resistant pumps & water pumps for different solutions. FRP maintenance walkway, multiple access doors and LED inspection lamps installed alongside tanks; inclined tank bottom for convenient sludge draining.
2.2 Dehydration Oven & Curing Oven
Independent gas-fired drying & curing ovens with composite insulated structure. Side wall total insulation thickness 170mm, double-layer rock wool ceiling 200mm(density:120kg/m³) for outstanding heat preservation and gas saving.

Equipped with American E-brand proportional gas burner, bottom air supply & internal circulation design, temperature deviation ≤±5℃ inside effective working zone. PT100 multi-point thermal resistance + imported temperature controller; gas supply cut-off & sound-light alarm for over-temperature. High-temperature filter inside curing combustion chamber to avoid dust pollution. Waste gas discharged via high chimney to meet environmental standard.
2.3 Closed Powder Coating Booth & Clean Isolation Room
15m×7m×7m dust-proof isolation room constructed by 50mm rock wool sandwich panels, with 50mm hollow tempered glass observation window and explosion-proof clean lamp (600lux illumination).
Integrated PP-made spray booth matched with big cyclone + cartridge dual-stage powder recovery system, 5.5KW explosion-proof exhaust fan and 2 sets automatic electrostatic spray guns. Automatic reciprocate spraying plus manual touch-up at both ends; excess powder recycled for reuse to lower raw material cost.
2.4 GX250 Enclosed Overhead Conveyor
Closed-loop GX250 overhead conveyor, chain pitch 250mm, track size 80×80mm; single point load 50KG, max 100KG for double-point hanger.

The track can turn horizontally and climb up/down vertically, smoothly pass through pre-treatment, oven and coating booth with stable low-noise operation for continuous mass production.
2.5 Waste Gas & Wastewater Treatment
Curing oven exhaust discharged via high chimney; pre-treatment wastewater collected by client’s independent wastewater facility. Shock absorption & silencer fitted on high-noise fans & pumps to ensure factory noise below 85dB (Class III). All liquid-contacting parts adopt anti-corrosion stainless steel.
2.6 PLC Intelligent Control System
Controlled by Mitsubishi PLC + 12-inch industrial touch panel, manual/automatic switchable with interlock program among pre-treatment, drying, conveyor and coating sections. Multi-protection functions: motor overload & phase loss protection, tank liquid level alarm, oven high/low temperature fault alarm & emergency stop. Control cabinet with internal heat dissipation design, 10% spare I/O ports reserved for future upgrade, compatible with Russian 380V/50Hz power supply standard.
