High Strength Coil Feed Line NCGK (1.5–8.0mm)

1. Coil Car

The coil car is designed to safely and steadily transport metal coils onto the uncoiler mandrel. Side baffles are fitted as standard, effectively preventing coil tipping even when processing narrow strips.

It adopts a roller-type load-bearing surface with wear-resistant finishing. The car travels back and forth driven by a hydraulic motor with adjustable speed via throttle control. A hydraulic cylinder equipped with a pressure retaining valve enables stable lifting and lowering of the coil.

2. Uncoiler / Coil Reel

The uncoiler functions as a coil supporting and unwinding unit. It positions the metal coil on the main spindle and releases strip material intermittently according to loop height control.

The material hold-down arm is hydraulically powered and fitted with a motor-driven PU pressure roller. Positioned at the upper side of the uncoiler frame, the limit assembly includes two guide rollers: the inner roller is fixed, while the outer one can be electrically adjusted to align with different coil widths. After coil loading, the outer roller is locked down by a pneumatic cylinder. The freely rotating limit rollers accurately position coil width and prevent lateral strip deviation during unwinding.

3. Coil Threading Swing Arm

The threading swing arm is hydraulically actuated and electrically controlled. It clamps the strip end and guides material smoothly from the uncoiler into the straightener section. Two material inlet support rollers share driving power with the straightener via gear transmission. The roller surface adopts electroplating, hard chrome and sandblasting treatment for durability and smooth feeding.

4. Straightener & Feeder Unit

The servo-controlled straightener feeder precisely levels metal sheets and feeds material into the stamping press at preset length and speed.

NCGK series is equipped with auxiliary backup roller sets to eliminate sheet deflection. All rollers are manufactured from high-carbon chromium bearing steel, finished with hard chrome grinding, reaching a hardness of HRC 60. Straightening rollers are supported by NSK deep groove ball bearings for stable operation.

Straightening displacement is electrically adjusted with a setting accuracy of 0.1 mm. The feeding precision reaches ±0.15 mm for feeding lengths under 500 mm.

5. Coil Tail Support Bracket

The bracket is fitted with multiple hard chrome-plated guide rollers. It provides steady support for the strip tail, ensuring smooth material transition from the coil handling line to the stamping station.
