The complete set consists of decoiler-straightener 2-in-1 machine, servo feeder, customized mold and 110-ton punch press. We also completed material testing, coordinated silicon steel coil procurement and realized consolidated packaging and delivery, delivering a full-set solution for the customer.

Recently, YITUO Intelligent completed full delivery and commissioning of a customized coil feeding line for a local Vietnamese automotive component manufacturer, solving long-term workshop pain points of scattered equipment, limited floor space and unstable feeding precision.

The whole set is equipped with high-strength plate decoiling, straightening and feeding three-in-one machine and 400-ton stamping press, fully matching the client’s production of high-strength metal workpieces.
