Strong Material Adaptability

Yituo NCBF series integrated coil line is designed to accommodate diversified metal coil processing demands. It covers material thickness ranging from 0.6mm to 4.5mm, with a maximum processing width reaching 1300mm. Equipped with high-precision leveling rollers and worm gear fine-tuning mechanism, the equipment achieves excellent flattening effect and is fully compatible with most mainstream stamping sheet materials.

Effortless Material Threading & Guiding

Configured with position-adjustable coil limit rollers and pneumatic material support arms, the machine ensures steady and smooth material threading procedure. The pneumatic swing auxiliary structure can restrain coil upwarping, guiding strip materials to smoothly feed into the leveling unit for follow-up processing.

High-precision Feeding Stability

Adopting top-tier international brand electrical components including Mitsubishi, Siemens and ABB as the core control configuration, matched with pneumatic follow-up release structure to offset feeding deviation. For feeding lengths within 500mm, the equipment can keep feeding precision steadily within ±0.1mm.
