Intelligent Operation & Reliable Safety
The all-in-one mechanical structure supports rapid on-site installation and quick ramp-up to mass production. Dedicated material guiding components enable smooth strip entry into the leveling section. Operators can oversee the full process — coil loading, unwinding, leveling and feeding — via a centralized touchscreen panel.
Fitted with globally sourced electrical parts and built-in self-diagnosis functions, the system delivers superior operational safety. It features low failure rates and hassle-free daily maintenance, making it the ideal upgrade for stamping factories to meet updated industrial safety standards.
Space-Saving Design
Traditional coil production lines typically occupy over 10 meters of floor space. Our optimized structure cuts the overall length to just 5 meters. For thin sheet processing, the total footprint can be further reduced to 3.2 meters, maximizing the utilization of workshop space.
Superior Leveling Precision
All functional units operate in perfect sync, supported by PLC closed-loop control to maintain outstanding feeding accuracy. Premium rollers, auxiliary support parts and worm gear fine-tuning structures work together to ensure stable leveling performance for diverse metal workpieces.
This solution is widely adopted for high-strength steel stamping in automotive, construction, aerospace and home appliance sectors.
1. Coil Loading Cart
This auxiliary device transports raw coils to the uncoiler mandrel. Its wear-resistant working surface and four surrounding baffles effectively stop coils from tilting during operation.
Hydraulic cylinders with pressure retention valves drive the lifting action for steady vertical movement. Horizontal travel is powered by hydraulic motors with flow regulators for adjustable speed. Users can operate the cart via handheld levers or the main touchscreen. Travel limit stoppers and sensors prevent overrun, while calibrated scales on the body help achieve accurate coil centering.
2. Uncoiling Unit
The core mandrel is engineered to withstand heavy loads and long-term cyclic operation. We adopt a pneumatic disc brake instead of conventional belt brakes, achieving more precise braking control.
Power comes from an AC variable-frequency motor, transmitting torque through double-row large-pitch chains for stable running. A pneumatic pressing arm with polyurethane rollers holds down the coil to prevent material loosening during unwinding, and its movement is controlled by air cylinders and the touchscreen.
Two free-rotating guide rollers position the strip. The inner roller stays at a fixed angle, while the outer one closes pneumatically after coil placement. The gap between the two rollers can be adjusted to fit different coil widths.
3. Material Threading Assistant
This mechanism guides metal strips smoothly into the leveling section. It consists of a pneumatically actuated swing arm and a pair of inlet rollers. The upper roller is mounted on the swing arm, and the lower roller shares power with the leveling assembly.
Both rollers are treated with sandblasting technology. They grip the strip firmly without scratching or damaging the material surface.
4. Integrated Leveler & Feeder
The assembly is equipped with 9 leveling rollers, 2 feeding rollers and two sets of backup rollers. All rollers are manufactured from GCr15 bearing steel, with hard chrome grinding finishing to reach a hardness of HRC60±2.
Every roller undergoes full inspection before assembly, keeping radial runout below 0.01mm.
Leveling rollers: 5 upper + 4 lower, supported by deep groove ball bearings and driven by ISO 6 precision side gears
Backup rollers: 2 sets, fitted with needle bearings
Feeding pinch rollers: 2 pieces
5. Optional Hydraulic Trimmer
This electric hydraulic shear is used to trim coil edges and cut off uneven heads and tails. Its four-sided cutting structure ensures neat cuts. When material jams inside stamping dies, it can quickly sever the strip to speed up troubleshooting and repair work.
6. Optional Automatic Lubrication System
Applying lubricant to metal strips before stamping can effectively protect dies. Our automatic lubrication unit features a circulating oil circuit, which reduces oil consumption and eliminates leakage. Users can choose felt rollers or rubber rollers based on material characteristics.
7. Strip Tail Support Stand
When the feed line is set far from the stamping press, the metal strip will vibrate up and down during operation. The adjustable support stand stabilizes material delivery, and its length can be modified to match presses of various sizes.
