Press Feeding Line Precision Coil Feed (0.24-3.5mm)

Press Feeding Line Overview

In metal stamping production, metal coils go through uncoiling and leveling before being delivered to the stamping press. A high-precision coil feeding system adapts to diverse materials and working conditions, and effectively boosts overall production efficiency.

Applicable Materials

Material Thickness: 0.4–3.5 mm

Coil Width: 20–800 mm

Line Configuration

· Combined Uncoiler & Leveler (GL Series)

· Servo Coil Feeder (RNC/NC Series)

· Stamping Press: 25–250 ton

Core Advantages

Compact Layout & Synchronized Operation

This integrated unit combines uncoiling and leveling functions to cut down intermediate buffer space. It also realizes perfect coordination between uncoiling and leveling movements for stable running.

Excellent Leveling Accuracy

Equipped with 7 high-grade rollers, the integrated machine meets standard precision leveling demands. The 15-roller version is designed for extra strict flatness requirements. For copper and aluminum coils, the leveling structure is optimized for convenient cleaning and routine upkeep.

Component Introduction

1. Combined Uncoiler & Leveler

We provide two types of uncoilers to match different workpieces. The passive type fits regular stamping tasks. For ultra-thin materials and workpieces with strict surface standards, we adopt motor-driven uncoilers. Pneumatic hold-down arms are also available for coils with strong rebound resilience.

All working rollers are manufactured from GCr15 bearing steel with hard chrome plating and fine grinding. The leveling roller pressure is controlled pneumatically, and fitted with worm gear fine adjustment to ensure precise and steady material feeding.

2. Servo Feeder

Adopting modular structure and digital control, our servo feeder features simple installation, smart operation, high feeding precision, low running noise and easy maintenance. Its pneumatic upper roller lifting structure minimizes positioning errors during production.

Customers can choose Yaskawa or Siemens servo drive systems. The feeding tolerance reaches ±0.1 mm, and the maximum running speed is 20 m/min.
