Space-Saving Design & Easy Coil Threading

Unlike traditional loop-style feeding lines, this integrated system eliminates the need for a large intermediate loop area between the uncoiler and straightener, significantly saving floor space. The combined structure ensures high synchronization between processes. Additionally, the coil hold-down arm and swingarm support simplify the threading process for operators.

Equipped with high-precision straightening rollers, fine-tuning worm gear mechanisms, and a robust electrical control system, this line delivers consistent, reliable leveling even for the maximum material thickness of 4.5mm.

Main Parts Description

1. Combined Uncoiler & Straightener

The integrated unit features a combined control system while retaining the loop-type structure. It comes with a manual expansion spindle for medium-duty coils (≤3 tons), with a hydraulic expansion spindle available as an option for heavy-duty coils up to 7 tons. The uncoiler is driven by an AC motor with variable speed control via an inverter, using a large-pitch chain drive and a pneumatic disc brake system.

A pneumatic hold-down arm applies pressure to the coil, while a pneumatic support arm ensures smooth unwinding. The support arm is fitted with an Omron photoelectric sensor for loop control and anomaly detection. Depending on the material type and thickness, an optional inlet guide device can be installed to help the strip enter the straightener quickly and smoothly. The coil inlet section includes a handwheel to adjust limit rolls for different stock widths, with a maximum processable width of 1300mm.

All straightening rollers are made from high-quality bearing steel, subject to strict heat treatment and hard chrome plating for long service life and consistent precision.

2. Servo Coil Feeder with Stand

The servo feeder in this loop-type line is mounted on an adjustable stand. The stand’s handwheel allows operators to adjust the feeding line height to match different mold heights. This configuration also provides greater stability than mounting the feeder directly on the stamping press.

Its classic mechanical design ensures long-term reliability with minimal maintenance. The feeder uses 4 feed rollers made of high-quality bearing steel, hardened to HRC 60±2. For sensitive materials, the outlet feed roller can be rubber-coated to prevent surface damage. The rollers are driven by side gears with ISO 6 accuracy, ensuring precise mechanical movement.

The electrical system meets European safety standards, using international brand electronic and pneumatic components for enhanced reliability and ease of maintenance.
