Enhanced Material Utilization & Efficiency

Traditional coil feeders operate in one direction only, performing fixed-length step feeding. This results in wide leftover strips after circle blanking, leading to low material utilization and significant waste.

In contrast, our zigzag coil feeder supports two-way movement. It automatically adjusts the feeding distance in both horizontal and vertical directions based on the circle diameter. The minimum step adjustment is 0.5mm, with feeding accuracy maintained at ±0.08mm. This intelligent layout optimization reduces material waste by approximately 7% per production run.

Main Component Description

1. Uncoiler

The standard motorized uncoiler is widely used in circle blanking lines.

Options: Hydraulic expansion spindles for heavy coils, or manual expansion spindles for lighter loads, tailored to your coil weight.

Hold-Down Arm: Pneumatic hold-down arms are available for springy steel coils to prevent material loosening.

2. Combined Uncoiler & Straightener (Optional)

3. Zigzag Servo Feeder
