Auto Material Threading Design

Equipped with position-adjustable coil guide rollers and pneumatic material support arms, the machine enables effortless and smooth strip threading. The pneumatic swing mechanism effectively stops coil upward warping, allowing the material to feed gently and steadily into the leveling section.

Extensive Material Processing Capacity

Yituo NCSF integrated coil line supports material thickness between 1.5mm and 6.0mm, ideal for stamping production of various automotive components. The maximum processing coil width can reach up to 1800mm, covering a wide range of thick and wide plate working requirements.

High-precision Leveling Performance

Yituo NCSF series is fitted with upper and lower backup rollers arranged around the main leveling rollers. This layered support structure bears separation stress evenly, greatly improving overall flatness and delivering superior straightening results.

Multiple Control System Choices

Customers can select mainstream servo control brands including Mitsubishi, Siemens and ABB as standard configuration. Customized control solutions are also available to match personalized production demands.

Different from conventional separated coil lines, this compact integrated design shortens floor occupation from 15 meters down to only 5 meters.
