Product Overview

Through the combination of uncoiling, transverse cutting, longitudinal cutting, winding, stacking, etc., it can meet different functions such as cross cutting, slitting, combined cutting, so as to maximize equipment utilization.

Workflow Overview

1. Uncoiling & Leveling: The coil is fed into the line, and the multi-roller leveling system corrects material flatness.

2. Mode Selection: The line can be set to either Slitting Mode or Cut-to-Length Mode.

3. Slitting: The material passes through the slitter head, where it is cut into multiple narrow strips, then recoiled.

4. Shearing: The material bypasses the slitter head, is fed to the shear, and cut into fixed-length sheets, then stacked.

5. Tension & Control: The integrated tension control system ensures stable material flow for both processes, guaranteeing consistent product quality.
